On the 9th of May me and a group of cyclist are cycling from the East Coast to the West coast of England, 148 miles and over 4000 meters of climbing, this is usual done over 2/3 days and we anticipate being in the saddle for 12 hours.  Please help me raise money for this fantastic charity that helps young children and families with heart problems.
