Wetnosers and The Leziate Lap!

An organised Sponsored Swim has been arranged for Sunday 21st July. We have decided to set ourselves a stiff challenge to swim a buoyed lap of approximately 900m of non-stop Butterfly! Bearing in mind a butterfly swimmer works 3 times harder than when swimming breast-stroke.You can see that we have our work cut out.

Training has been underway in the lake since April when we had to dress up in more clothes to get in the water than take off! Thankfully,the temperature has crept up and even the wetsuit has almost disappeared.

The money raised will contribute to the build of a new hospice hopefully planned for next March 2014 so please dig deep and donate now!!
