Story

Hello, and to those that have supported me in the past, no I am not growing a moustache or running a marathon, this time I am on my bike. As an employee of Countrywide, I have been given the opportunity to take part in cycling a stage of the Great Tour.

The Countrywide Great Tour is an ultimate cycling challenge – a 6,800 kilometre ride, over 64 consecutive days around the coastline of the UK, starting on the 4 July 2015 and finishing on the 5 September.  The opening stage departs from Holyhead, with a clockwise circumnavigation of approximately 100km per day (subject to location), that takes in every seaside town, city and coastal village the mainland has to offer. I will be taking part in stage 38 on 10 August, cycling from Margate to Rye.

I’m taking this opportunity to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Cancer is a disgraceful disease that has affected many of us and I’m fortunate enough to be able to do something productive to contribute positively against it. Please help me raise as much as I can.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
