My friend Andrew Holdstock is suffering with cancer at the moment and in a fit of enthusiasm I thought that running an assault course would be good way of raising money.

The team started out as seven and as the date has drawn closer we have mysteriously suffered from a multiude of sore ankles and dodgy backs so we are now down to four. Perhaps the idea of running 17k and being manhandled through mud and submerged tubes of water has put some off.  Still we are a team and are now committed to fininshing.
