We have decided to swap our pints of beer for trainers and run 10K for the charity Mind. We are running this BUPA 10 K in memory of Alice’s Mum, Libby who sadly took her own life in February 2011. Libby was a beautiful, funny and caring person who suffered with mental illness and what she found more painful, the stigma that surrounds mental illness. Mind is a charity that is set up to support those with mental health problems and to combat the stigma that surrounds mental health. Libby and us 4 think this is a charity definitely worth having to sweat for.

We need to raise £600 which will all go to mind in memory of Libby. Please, Please can you donate what you can to this fantastic cause. If you want to support us further we would love to see you watch and cheer on the 27 May in London.
