It's that time of year again when I start bugging all my friends for sponsors!! This year I am doing a 10 k charity run in Bristol, and again in London with my son Marcus!  As always I am raising funds for CICRA who do vital research into Crohns and colitis, which as all of my friends know my beautiful daughter Daisy suffers with.

Daisy is on a relatively new treatment at the moment called Inflaximab, which fingers crossed has kept her nearly 100% well since she started in October 2013, long may it last!

So please, please dig deep, every single penny raised goes towards vital research into this nasty illness, which may I add is a life long thing, Daisy and all sufferers like her will not get better, but can be helped to stay well with the right drugs/medicines.
