Being a parent is both an exciting and scary thing. The NCT provide support to parents through pregnancy and in the early days of parenthood, both locally and nationally. I have benefitted from this support and want to do something to help this work continue. I have enjoyed running in the past and want to get back into it, so am using the Great South Run as my motivation and goal. Have I ever run 10 miles? No! Will I do it? Yes!
