Hello All,

I am competing in the London Triathlon Sunday August 8th. I am extremely excited, as this will be my first triathlon. I've got an experienced partner in crime, Pav, who has done shorter triathlons in the past, but we've signed up for the olympic distance for this one. That's a 1500 meter swim, 40 kilometer cycle, and 10 kilometer run. Through the triathlon we are volunteering to raise money for Merlin, a UK humanitarian organization that specializes in health, saving lives in times of crisis and helping to rebuild shattered health services around the world. I pledged to raise £600 (about $940) for Merlin, so anything you could contribute (however small) would be greatly appreciated!
