Hannah and I are undertaking a 5 day, 400 km cycle challenge across Vietnam and Cambodia to raise money for a wonderful charity called Women for Women.

"The charity lies at the heart of the most profound of human wishes: to have a happy and healthy family.  Funds raised by Women for Women will be spend on vital ground-breaking medical research to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a range of devastating conditions affecting women and their babies.  This includes premature birth, brain damage, miscarriage, genetic diseases and ovarian cancer."

This charity is helping to combat issues that will at some point effect all of our lives so we would like to ask for your help in raising money for such a worthwhile cause.

Plus you know it will be a miracle if we both make it across in one piece!

We have a year to raise this money so would appreciate it so much if you can give what you can when you can because every little bit will help us to reach our target.
