I will be taking part in 'Tough Mudder 2019' along with colleagues from HSBC to raise money for The Children's Hospital Charity. This charity raises money to buy life-saving equipment, fund vital research and treatment for thousands of children from across the world and help them to create a comfortable, engaging environment for their patients.

Here's how your donation could help:

£10 could pay for distraction toys and equipment to take a child's mind off their treatment.

£30 could pay for swimming aids in the hydrotherapy pool, which provides a vital rehabilitation tool and sensory experience for children.

£50 could pay for a 'Giggle Doctor' to visit the hospital creating a distraction at what is often a very difficult and anxious time.

£3500 could fund a portable sensory unit.

Every little helps and can really make a difference to these children's lives both now and in the future, so please give whatever you can :-)
