On the 6th April 2019,  I'll be performing in the Medics' Reveal to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust. 

The variety show (of sorts) is organised, choreographed and performed by medics from all years with acts ranging from Contemporary dance to Boys full. 

While the show is proving a lot of fun to be a part of, we can't forget the real motivation for all of this is to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust with the horrible reality that 7 young people are diagnosed with cancer every single day in the UK. 

TCT supports them by building specialist units designed specifically for teenagers amongst many other things which can make it slightly easier for both the young people (and their parents) to cope with the diagnosis.

The show has ran for the past five years raising a total of over £50,000 for TCT. Last year alone, over 1,000 students from across the university attended our event, and we raised over £17,000, so this year we are aiming to beat that target!

Much to my parent's delight I am not stripping but I will be (attempting) to dance in the Girls netball number. The people that know me, know I can't dance and so I would really appreciate any sort of donation to help ease the embarrassment. 

Tickets for the show at the Assembly Rooms will be available on the Medics Reveal page from around February so make sure to get one before they sell out.
