To lose people you love to cancer or mental health has a lasting impact on how you see life. It leaves you with feelings that are hard to process. Without charities such as Primrose Hospice and MIND the support people so urgently needed would not be available.

For me, this is about giving back, facing up and turning something very difficult into a positive.
