I can't quite believe that the time has passed so quickly and on Sunday 25th October I will be pounding the streets of Portsmouth taking part in the Great South Run.  Those of you who know me well will appreciate that I am not what you would consider a regular runner so I am hoping that you will all be behind me in spirit as I drag myself round the 10 miles!!

The Hampshire Autistic Society are critical in providing support, learning centres and advice to families with autistic children and I hope that you can spare any amount of money to support what they do and incentivise me to carry on when it gets tough!! (after the first 5 minutes).
