As you know,  I have not been on a bike for many many years so it is only the thought of raising loads of money for such a great cause and some gentle persuasion from the Campus Services team that has persuaded me to get back in the saddle.

With dubious fitness levels, a lack of co-ordination and no spacial awareness the 56 miles are certainly going to be a personal challenge.  It is only the thought of all the good that we will be doing that will keep me on the straight and narrow to the finish line so please dig deep and give generously.
