I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK (CRUK).  I can't think of a single person who hasn't, in some way, been affected by this illness.  The advances made by cancer research around the world have lengthened many lives and will help many more in the future.

I've run a lot of races, but I imagine none have been as difficult as the challenges from various forms of cancer that friends and family have met over the years.  This is a great chance to show my admiration and respect for their strengths and stories.
