<p>Dear Friends and Family,</p> <p>We are so excited for our wedding and that you will be a part of it.</p> <p>We are counting down the days until 4 November 2011!</p> <p>We decided that between homes in London and Paris, we have enough stuff (too much, in fact!) and kindly request that you please donate what you would have spent on a wedding gift to our favourite charities. The <strong>Animals Asia Foundation</strong> is one of them.</p> <p>As most of you already know, we LOVE animals and particularly find troubling the cruelty afflicted upon them throughout the world.</p> <p>Moon bears are amazing animals -&nbsp; named for the beautiful crescent-shaped marking on&nbsp;their chest. Unfortunately, they are cruelly poached and illegally farmed for their bile to be used in (ineffective)&nbsp;traditional medicines. According to WWF estimates, there are only 16,000 of these gorgeous creatures left in the world.</p> <p>Animals Asia is doing amazing work to stop bear farming in Asia, rescue moon bears&nbsp;and prevent animal cruelty more generally.
