Rachel was very concerned with the plight of disadvantaged children and was planning to pay a visit to a specific girl she had heard about who was under the care of Action for Children. Action for Children supports and speaks out for the most vulnerable and neglected children and young people in the UK, from supporting families at critical times and with difficult problems, helping vulnerable and excluded people, providing specialist help and support for disabled children and helping to find carers for children who cannot live with their families.
