I'm kayaking around the coast of Wales from Menai Straits (North Wales) to Mumbles (South Wales) with friends. It's a 300 mile 9 day challenge starting on 18th May 2013 and finishing on 26th May 2013 at Langland Bay, Swansea.

I wanted to take part in this gruelling expedition to raise money  for the British Legion & Scotty's Little Soldiers, as we are all middle aged novice kayakers that are going to experience a hard challenge. This is a small task compared with what our armed forces have to deal with on a daily basis serving our country.
