Hello friends!

Those of you who know me well know that exercise and Menna do NOT mix.  I don't think that running to the bar counts as exercise, and, quite frankly, you'll be hard pushed to see me anywhere other than the pub.  However, I have decided that the torture of last years half marathon is not enough - I'm running once again (I'm a sadist at heart) and if I can put myself through that much pain again, then I'm sure you can open your wallets and donate a little.  Or a lot!

 

I'm running for Concern Universal - multiple award winning International Development Charity.  They're sort of like the Maggie Smith of the International Development world; bloody amazing, hard working and, unfortunately very often overlooked.  This charity is fab and works to help lift people out of poverty in 13 countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.  It's all about the community and using traditional, eco techniques.  I could go on forever about the work that they do but I don't need to.  Most people that I know are intelligent, hard working and decent people who know when to do the right thing.  Donating to this charity is the right thing and I know that you'll donate if you can.
