Mieke and Adam are cycling 18 miles around Lee Valley Regional Park on Sunday 23 June. This is our chance to Pedal Against Poverty and fundraise some monies!

It's a relatively modest cycle ride (some might say!) but it is an excuse to ask you to donate some money towards CAFODs work. The money goes towards helping people in some of the world's poorest communities. If we raise a total of £15,000 this year, that would be enough money for CAFOD to bring clean water to 15 shanty towns in Latin America. 150 people are taking part this year so all we are asking is to raise £100 per person and we will reach our target. 

Please just give up your take away lunch for a day or your fancy coffee and throw some money our way!
