Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

I will be fasting for for 24 hours on March 23rd-March 24th to raise awareness for UNICEF and the work they are doing in East Africa. Across East Africa, drought, war and famine are impacting the lives on millions of children and their families every day. More than 880,000 children are severely malnourished and without help from charities like UNICEF, one in five of these children could die. Just £5 could help provide life-saving food for a child for a week. While £18 could provide 5,000 water purifying tablets to give families clean, safe water.

UNICEF is a wonderful charity which is providing life-saving supplies and services to children at risk in South Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda. Supplies of clean water, life-saving food and vaccines are helping to protect children from the disastrous effects of drought and conflict.

We need your help to raise as much money as possible for this brilliant cause. Every bit is hugely appreciated and will undoubtably make a difference in the lives of these children.
