So why have I along with 9 other colleagues from Sony Music agreed to embark on this hellish challenge beyond being gluttons for punishment?

 

SIMPLE... To raise money for Matthew's Friends!

 

Matthew's Friends are a non-profit charity that look to raise awareness and promote the use of a specially designed diets for children whose epilepsy cannot be controlled by drugs.  In addition, they provide a huge amount of support and advice to the families and the professionals relating to how to deal with epilepsy.

Having lost a friend due to epilepsy, Matthew’s Friends was a charity I really wanted to get behind so even if it’s just contributing to see me make a fool of myself, any donations you would be willing to put forward would be greatly appreciated.
