Hi everyone.  Recently one of my best friends, fellow lifeboat man, and inspirational figure was diagnosed with terminal cancer.  This has hit me and the rest of the crew really hard and the feeling of helplessness is overwhelming.  We have therefore decided to channel our engeries into fundraising for MacMillan Nurses who are providing amazing support for Gavin, his wife and three beautiful children at this extremely difficult time.

We are riding the South Downs Way, 105 miles, in just two days.  Please help us to raise money for this worthwhile charity.
