My school is linked with Malosa School in Malawi. I am participating on an exchange trip with Malosa School next Easter (2011). The idea is that we will help the school children with IT skills, English and complete various other projects to improve their school. I will also get the chance to explore Malawi in the second week.

In the Summer of 2011, some of the students will return to stay with us and experience life in the UK and our school. 

I am paying for myself to go to Malawi, but we need to fundraise for the projects we are completing during our stay as well as paying for the children to come back to England.

I have been locally fundraising by selling quizzes, looking after neighbours cats, selling wristbands and having a stall at my school's summer fete. I have also been doing various voluntary jobs. 

However, I am also doing sponsored events (such as my joint sponsored row) and am asking for your support. Any donations, however small, are welcome. Additionally, if you are able to Gift Aid it, this would be helpful. All money raised will be helping the children of Malosa in Malawi.
