Guess who's back, back again. I'm here for the third year running to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge! 

Last year I'd mentioned about buying a bike, putting more effort in to my training ahead of the walk and you know what? It actually paid off. I took over an HOUR off my time, completing the challenge in nine and a half hours. Can I take another hour off my time this year? I hope so, because no matter what level of fitness it doesn't get any easier, and my colleagues don't seem to be getting any less competitive...

Some of my close colleagues at work are completing this challenge having been directly affected by cancer in their lives, and I'm immensely proud to be participating along side them. 

None of this would be possible without the support of where I work. Cancer Research is our charity of choice, and throughout the year we raise money to make a difference to those battling with cancer.

Cancer affects everyone in our lives, either directly or through someone we know. So please give WHATEVER YOU CAN, no matter how small... and smile thinking of me stuck halfway up some rock in Yorkshire with a sweat on. (It's really bad trust me, the third hill is basically a rock climb to the top)
