We provide expert care and support to young people with cancer

Story

The Grumpies [David Bruce, Ken Clarke, Michael Duffy, Roger Ayton, and Nigel Seaman] hit the road again on the 15 July for our fifth year in succession, this time raising funds in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.
We arrived back in Bristol on the 19 July having cycled from Lowestoft, the extreme easterly point of England, exactly 324 miles, through peaceful Suffolk villages, round noisy Stansted Airport, through the buzz of The Capital, then hugged the Thames and Kennet & Avon Canal back to the sunny South West.
The older we get the more we appreciate how fortunate we are to have lived long and active lives and how tragic it is for those young people struck by cancer at such an early age. They deserve not just the best of treatment but a healing environment that motivates and inspires them, which the Teenage Cancer Trust aims to provide. All contributions raised go to the charity so please dig deep and donate now. Thanks for all your support
David, Ken, Michael, Nigel & Roger

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.
