Final (And hardest one I've ever done) run complete. York Marathon in 4 hours 53. I did it :)

Last 10K done today. York in 46:44 :)

Just realised I've missed Leeds half marathon. New PB of 1:48:36 YAY

Leeds 10K hot run 47:58

Burnley 10K complete in 48:18

Hull 10K done with a new PB of 46:35 YAY

1st race of the year. Hilly Overgate 10K in 53:36

Capesthorne Hall half done in 1:54:17 :-)

Great North Run done 1:52:29 :-)

Wigan 10K completed, new PB 48.04 :-)

York 10K done in a new PB of 49:08 :-)

I'm doing Leeds 10K, York 10K, Wigan 10K & Cheshire half marathon this year. Then Elland 10K (Hopefully) Leeds half marathon, Hull 10K, Burnley 10K, Leeds 10K & York 10K next year. To finish it all I will be doing my 1st ever marathon in York, October 2014. While I am doing the York marathon I will pass the 100 mile mark. I have lost good friends & family due to Cancer.
