On the 30th of August myself John Powell and Michael Robinson will be joining thousands of cyclists for the Chris Lucas Great North Bike Ride. We'll be leaving Seahouses at 9 a.m and head along the coast to Tynemouth Priory, 54 miles of lovely Northumberland coastline, I've given myself a target of 3 1/2 hours and if I don't make it I pledge to launch my bike off the cliff at Tynemouth in disgust ( a fully restored Raleigh Aveo) don't worry though folks, as a back up plan I have a bus booked to get me back to Seahouses, with or without the bike.

I know every charity is desperate for funding but please dig deep and give whatever you can for this great cause.
