I am going to attempt to run from coast to coast the distance of 84 miles from Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend covering the whole distance of Hadrian's Wall . · 23 January 2013
We did it :-)
some amazing long distance running this week. long, hard, slow but amazing views. Finally the dun came out for us and made things feel a lot easier.
I know its not meant to be easy, but training for my 84 mile Hadrian's Wall challenge is making me feel a bit tired and I seem to be aching quite a bit.Oh and my legs are constantly feeling like lead.Apart from that, training is still going very well and so far with my sponsors I must be getting very close to the £1000 mark .Thanks again to all you very supportive people.
My training for Hadrians Wall is going very well at the moment (i keep telling myself). I have just completed roughly 74 miles in the last 7 days ending with a 20 miler.I am so grateful to the people who are offering support on the day, and to those when have made generous donations to my chosen charity Dr Kershaws. All the support is helping me stay strong and focussed for what I need to do.

Hi everybody. On may 18th I am going to attempt to run 84 mile in under 24 hours from Bowness on Solway (North West coast)to Wallsend (North East coast ) following the path of Hadrian's Wall. I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for Dr Kershaws Hospice which is such an amazing place with amazing staff. I would be very grateful of your support. Thanks
