thanks to everyone who has sponsored me so far. The money will go towards helping children in Britain and will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to stick to my training regime best i can, BUT i am feeling confident that i can run this in SUB: 2 hours.

I am also in traing for the Kielder Marathon which is to be held on the 19th October, Only a month after the Great North Run.

I will keep you updated on a weekly count down to the event so keep looking back.

I am raising money for the NSPCC by running the Bupa Great North Run.

I chose the NSPCC because there Vision is to "End Cruetly to Children in the UK", I cant think of a better vision to have and i cant think of a better reason to run the Great North Run

I have set a goal of £500, this will pay for a Full year of Councilling and telephone support for children who are suffering abuse, or could pay for four days of individual therapeutic sessions between a child and social worker at
one of the NSPCC domestic violence centres.

I will keep you posted on my training, and will post pictures of training and on the big day.
