Tough Mudder 5K South London - Clapham · 27 October 2018 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

The Tough Mudder 5K Challenge takes place on 12 October and I am competing to raise money for the Prince's Trust.  The Trust helps disadvantaged young people with a variety of programs to ensure they get on in life productively and happily.
