67 mile walk · 8 July 2013

We understand that navigating the complexities of limb loss and limb difference can be completely overwhelming. We provide excellent, FREE, accessible information and advice to empower all amputees and those with limb difference, and families and friends, to lead independent and fulfilled lives.

Story

I am a 23 year old below the knee amputee from York who was training to run and hopefully in the future go on to compete against other athletes in the Olympics. However due to some health issues that have occurred this is now not possible. But myself and my work colleagues Robert and Johnny have organised a 67 mile walk around the coast roads of the Isle of Wight in aid of the charity Limbless Association. The walk will take place over 4 days starting when we arrive at Ryde on the 8th July and ending on the 11th July.
