Mike and Simon have been training hard for a 140 mile 2 day endurance triathlon.  Crossing both Exmoor and Dartmoor, we'll be running, cycling and kayaking from the North Coast (Lynton) to the South Coast (Salcombe) of Devon. We'll both be covering the whole distance over the weekend of 26/27 September.

We start with a 9 mile run, then cycle 55 miles, run 4 miles, cycle 23 miles, camp overnight, mountain bike 23 miles, kayak 8 miles and (wait for it), finish with a 19 mile coastal trail run.
