I will be swimming a mile in the Thames on Saturday 31st August. Although I am raising money for a great cause, I also get to wear a wet suit. I'm quite excited about that!

Action for Children raises money and awareness to help our most vulnerable children. It provides much needed therapy for children who have suffered neglect. It also helps with the transition for children in care into adult life. Action for Children also supports children and their new families through the adoption process. My family and son have benefitted from the work that hard of Action for Children. Please give generously!
