Guys......I am doing a TANDEM SKYDIVING in Fife at Skydive St Andrew. The date of the jump is confirmed for Saturday 5th of November 2011. The plan is to raise money for Quarriers Mavisbank Respite Service, a charity close to my heart. http://www.quarriers.org.uk/~/media/Publications/ourWork/Mavisbank_Project.asx. So join me for what is expected to be a spectacular day and outing. I will be skydiving from 20,000 feet above ground level. It would be nice to have you there.

I am very pleased to Sky Dive to raise some funds for Quarriers Mavisbank Respite Service. I really admire all the support they give to people with learning disability, epilepsy and general support for children and families. I have been very fortunate to visit one of Quarriers Respite Service Centers (Mavisbank) and I was touched and inspired to see firsthand the tremendous work they do. After my visit, I was motivated to raise some funds for Quarriers Mavisbank Respite Service.

I researched Quarriers as an organisation and I discovered they have been around for over 140 years and they provide diverse range of social care services in Scotland, through more than 100 different projects. These projects includes the assistance of people with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury and complex physical disabilities towards achieving their aspirations and ambitions, however challenging these may be.

The funds raised will be used to improve the lives of the vulnerable people that use the Mavisbank Respite Services. Some of the funds will also be used to buy sensory equipments for relaxation, monitors for the bedrooms, provide outdoor activities for people that are often overlooked in the society. Giving them the opportunity to live and enjoy the quality of life they deserve, just like everyone else.

I am very delighted and look forward to Sky driving and raising some funds for Quarriers Mavisbank Respite Service because Quarriers as an organisation continues to challenge inequality of opportunity and choice to bring about positive change in people's lives.

Therefore, please DONATE generously and you will be making a real DIFFERENCE to the LIVES of the VULNERABLE people that use the Quarriers Mavisbank Respite Center.
