Zoe and I have decided to raise money to fund a trip to Bacau, Romania where a number of children and young people with learning difficulties, special needs and illnesses live.

Some of the issues that these people deal with every day include cancers or leukaemia, congenital conditions such as muscular dystrophy, and HIV/AIDS and TB.

I want to be able to offer my skills as a sports teacher to help make the time that the children have as enjoyable and exciting as possible.  The money raised does not go to 'Cry in the Dark' directly but goes towards funding my trip so that I can offer the skills that I have directly to the children.

I am attempting to raise £500 to be able to fund my trip in August 2013. If I manage to raise the £500 then as a thank you I will shave my head completely bald...
