I'll be running in this year’s Hull 10K as part of "Team Cobus" to raise the profile of our nominated Cobus Foundation Charity for 2013 and hopefully also raise some welcome funds for this great local charity.

A little bit of info about FiND:

FiND operates in various locations in the East Riding, providing valuable respite support for young people, their families, carers and siblings and is designed to meet the needs of young people and adults who have Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated learning disabilities.

Autism is a lifelong disability that affects how a person communicates with and relates to other people and the world around them. By providing meaningful activities via a structured routine, indoors, outdoors and in the community, delivered by a highly trained and experienced team they aim to promote self-esteem and inclusion within the community.
FiND's mission is to support families by putting the needs of the individual at the centre.
