On the 18th October, we will be running the half marathon in Cardiff ... and hoping to raise a bit of money for 'St Davids Foundation Hospice Care' in the process.

We haven't been training for long, however we have been promised Lucozade at the start followed by plenty of cake at the finish line,  so don't see the 13 miles in-between being a problem.
