<p>This JustGiving page is in memory of Michael Williamson who sadly died at home on 5th October surrounded by his family.</p>
<p>After Mike came home from hospital, our family was supported by a Hospice at Home nurse funded by Isobel Hospice. The care they provided ensured he was as comfortable as possible and gave his family much reassurance and support. This help was invaluable to us at this sad and difficult time but currently resources to provide this to all families are limited. Consequently we would like to do everything we can to increase funds and ensure this vital support is available to all who need it. We hope you will consider donating in memory of Mike.</p>
