My story

I am a Detective with both Military and civil police service.  I have served with both TVP and Met Police.  There have been some high profile deaths and injuries to police on duty which have led me to taking part in this challenge.  COPS (care of police Survivors) is a charity that looks after the families of fallen and seriously injured Officers.  

The challenges

I have set myself 3 challenges in 3 months for which I have self funded.  First challenge is a middle distance triathlon in May 2020 (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile ride, half marathon).  Second challenge London to Paris bike ride over 3 days in June 2020.  Third challenge is full distance triathlon or Ironman as it is commonly known (2.4 mile swim, 112 miles ride followed by a marathon) this is in July.  A very worthy cause well worth donating to.
