We provide an air ambulance lifeline to every community across Scotland.

Story

I’m flying to Canada on Thursday to complete the final leg of the “Fly Round the World in 80 Days” piloted by Dave McElroy in aid of Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA). The previous passenger had to pull out and I have been lucky enough to get the fantastic opportunity to complete the last leg over the Atlantic back to Scotland.  The flight will make stops in Goose Bay, Greenland, Iceland before touching down at Perth around the 10th August 2014.

As the trip is in aid of SCAA, I’d really like to raise as much money as I can for it so if anyone could donate any amount of money I would be so grateful.

The mascot of 2231 (Forfar) Squadon Air Cadets, James Bigglesworth Bear, has been travelling with Dave McElroy around on the whole trip. Forfar Air Cadets have been fundraising also for SCAA and helped at the Fundraising Day at Scone Aerodrome. As the Senior NCO of Forfar Squadron I am delighted to be accompanying the James the Bear on it's return journey back to Scotland.
