I’m taking part in the Palace to Palace 45 mile bike ride, which starts from Buckingham Palace and finishes in Windsor, in aid of the Prince’s Trust. 

It’s a great cause. The Prince’s Trust help 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives. Many of the young people they help are facing issues such as homelessness or mental health issues, or have been in trouble with the law.
