Not content with cycling to Brighton I'm upping the ante and setting my sights on the bright lights of Paris...

There are 90 cyclists including me who will set off from sunny London on September 2nd. We'll arrive in continental Europe for croissants and alcohol after 300 miles of pedal power across the following four days.

 

The gruelling ride and compulsory chaffing, tired legs, sore bottom and burnt face will not be in vain as I'm raising money for Grove House Hospice. Situated in St Albans, the hospice provides free specialist care and support to people in St Albans, Harpenden and Dacorum whose lives have been affected by cancer and other life threatening illnesses.

 

They are a great charity, sadly more and more of us know or are related to people who have been affected by terminal illness, so please be as generous as you can. Every penny will be greatly appreciated.
