I will be donning my lovely purple tutu once more as I run around the streets of London to raise money for the Foundation for Social Improvement (The FSI).

The FSI are a charity that supports small charities to survive in these difficult times with free business advice, training and fundraising support. They give small charities the fishing rod and the training on how to use it, rather than just the fish.
