On Sunday 9th June 2013 I will be jumping out of a plane and falling 10,000ft! I'm not sure if I am brave or just stupid?! My aim is to raise £600 for Carers Trust.

Carers Trust supports and provides many services for anyone living with the challenges of caring for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems. Without realising many of us are, or know of someone who is, a carer for a loved one. I can easily list both family and friends who are, or have been carers.  

Any donation will help profoundly in giving them the support they need!
