As most of you may know I am currently working in Mombasa Kenya for GVI a volunteer organisation . We are working in partnership with two local slum schools. The children have very little money for food or school supplies, so we work with are partners to help with these costs to ensure that the children can achieve the education they deserve.

Throughout the months of May and June we are trying to raise money to support Olives Rehabilitation Centre and Precious Vision Care Centre’s long term goal of purchasing land.

At the beginning of May I took part in a 3 day white water rafting challenge from Nairobi down the Athi River. Unfortunately it was cancelled after one day due to bad weather. So I am now climbing Mount Kenya in July

Olives Rehabilitation Centre is almost ready to buy land and is looking for plots! This is the final push to ensure ORC can afford the best possible plot of land to build their new school.
