As you know I will be taking part in the Ty Gobaith Santa Fun run on Sunday 6th December. Many of you will realise this is a feat for me because I don't normally go for anything that involves dressing up - and running is something my body is not familiar with !

The reason I have signed up for this fantastic event is to help raise very needed funds for Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice - part of the Hope House Children's Hospices. It is based in Conwy, North Wales and offers respite care for 70 terminally ill children and their families living in the North Wales area.  It takes over £1million each year to run this superb service and after meeting some of the Staff and families via the recent Snowflake Ball I feel inspired to help in some small way.
