Over 2 weeks from the end of may, I will be cycling to Paris, walking the three peaks and sailing in a regatta -all in memory of my friends lovely mum, Tina Trafford.
On the 7th July last year, lovely wife and mother Tina, suffered a devastating Stroke aged just 53. After fighting for her life for two weeks she sadly passed away.
Strokes can happen to anyone at any age, no matter how fit and healthy they are and we would like to raise awareness of this. In memory of Tina and in aid of Stroke Association, The Traffords are arranging a cycle ride from London to Paris with the ambition to raise £100,000.
