I am 1 of 35 people cycling coast to coast across Costa Rica on Mountain Bikes, raising much needed funds for The Alzheimer's Society and their LIVE WELL carers campaign.  I have chosen to undertake this challenge in memory of my Gran and in support of all those who are suffering with Alzheimer's or dementia and their familes, carers who provide the best care they can through this time.

Reaching my fundraising target will mean that 1,100 family carers will have the tools they need to make sure their loved one lives well.
