There was the Famous Five, Five Easy Pieces, the Jackson Five and now my BUPA Five.  Yep, unbelievably, I shall be running my fifth consecutive BUPA London 10K and aiming for a personal best of 65 minutes or under.

A challenge for me, but made easier when I think about the children I will be helping. Over one million children in the UK have communication difficulties. The charity I work for, I CAN, exists to make sure that no child should be left out or left behind because of a difficulty speaking or understanding.  Every penny you can spare really will go to a great cause, as well as inspire me to keep on running.
